Island Players' "Mama Won't Fly Preview" to Benefit Cancer Action Network

ANNA MARIA ISLAND – The Island Players will host a benefit preview performance of "Mama Won’t Fly" on Tuesday, March 18 to benefit the American Cancer Society Cancer Action Network. The play is an outrageously hilarious comedy about the race against the clock a daughter faces in getting her mother from Alabama to California in time for her brother's wedding in four days, even though Mama Won't Fly.

Tickets are NOT available at the box office for this preview performance. They are available only from Creations by L, 5500 Marina Drive, Suite 2, Holmes Beach or from Nancy Ambrose 941-799-2181 or 941-518-4431.

General Admission seating for this special performance is a $20 donation to tthe American Cancer Society Cancer Action Network. The show is slated for 8 p.m. at the Island Players Theatre, 10009 Gulf Drive in Anna Maria (at the corner of Gulf Drive and Pine Avenue).
