James Daniel Gregg (77) entered through the gates of heaven and into the arms of our Lord on June 10, 2024. He was an only child born to the late George L. and M. Eloise Gregg on August 25, 1946, in Washington, D.C.
Jim had a passion for racing both cars and boats. Corvettes were his favorite, and he spent many years being an active member in the local Corvette club. As time passed, boating became one of his favorite hobbies. His love for the offshore boat races inspired him to build his own race boat, Team Scarab-B79.
He is survived by his wife, Lou; his son, Jim II and his daughter-in-law, Amanda and his grandchildren, Ariel and Logan.
