Randall was a beloved father, grandfather, brother, and friend whose legacy of compassion and dedication will be cherished by all who were fortunate enough to know him.
Randall's journey began in the small town of Claxton, where he was born to parents Cecil and Hazel Kennedy. His pursuit of knowledge and a desire to serve others led him to the University of North Georgia and then to the University of Georgia at Athens. His passion for medicine culminated in a degree from the Medical College of Georgia, setting the stage for a remarkable career in pediatrics that spanned over six decades. Randall's gentle nature and expert care left an indelible mark on the community of Bradenton, where he treated generations of children with kindness and expertise.
His professional accomplishments were numerous, including his tenure as Chief Medical Officer aboard the ship Kikui in the United States Coast Guard.
