James Parson

James F. Parson, Bradenton, went home to be with the Lord, June 21, 2024 at Lakewood Ranch Hospice house. He was born October 1, 1938 in New Paris, IN to Forrest and Mildred (Bollinger) Parson.

He is survived by his wife Linda Parson (Bradenton)whom he married March 6, 1993. He is also survived by his children, Steve (Darlene), and Mike( Sandy) Indiana, Scott(Kim Stanley) Parson, Port Ritchy, FL, One Daughter Tina Topolino, Bradenton. Two sisters Ruth ( Bill) Alfrey and Miriam (Phil) Leach, New Paris, Indiana.

He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren. He had many nieces and nephews he loved. He was preceded in death by his parents, a daughter, Tamra Lecount, three great grandchildren, and a sister Norita Dooley.

Jim served in the United States Army during the 50's. He was a truck driver and a Brick layer before he retired. He loved fishing, NASCAR, and his family.

Jim wishes were to be cremated.

He was a member of the New Paris Church of the Brethern in New Paris, IN. The family will be having memorial services at a later date. One in Florida and one in Indiana.

Our hearts are sad, but our separation is only temporary, for one day we will be united in the presence of our Lord.
