Jane A. Jones (Dailey), 90, passed away on September 22, 2023, surrounded by her loving family. She resided in Bradenton, FL, for the last 30 years but was originally from Syracuse, NY. Born August 18, 1933, in Syracuse, the daughter of Francis and Welma Dailey.
Her favorite pastime was spending time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She could be found every day sitting on her porch enjoying the sun and the breeze, she loved to play Bingo and having a playdate at the casino. She showed her children how to love, be kind and have compassion. She will be missed by all who knew her.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Robert L Jones and her daughter Michele A Scharf. She is survived by her five children Robert T. (Luanne) of Lutz, FL, Lynn Winks-Loffler (Greg) of North Fort Myers, FL, Cathy Fisher (John) of Clay, NY, Anne Spicciati (Frank) of Liverpool, NY and John L. (Tammy) of Tampa, FL; 14 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life Mass will be held 10 AM October 6, 2023, at Our Lady Queen of Martyrs Catholic Church on Magellan Drive (9th Street East), Sarasota, FL.
