Funeral Services will take place at 11:00 AM on September 15, 2023, at Happy Gospel Church, 1915 53rd Ave. East, Bradenton, FL 34203. The interment will be at Skyway Memorial Gardens, 5200 US Highway 19 North, Palmetto, FL 34221.
Jasper attended Lockett High School.
He was employed by Manatee County Utilities.
