Bradenton, Florida - Joanne S. Seabrooke, 84, passed peacefully into the arms of her Heavenly Father, October 16, 2023. She was the wife of Allan "Bud" Seabrooke with whom she shared 48 years of love, travel and adventure. Joanne was born in Alachua County to Hugh and Lucille Stidham in their 19th century farm house and graduated from Alachua High School. After her move to Bradenton she studied business courses at both Manatee Community College and University of South Florida. Joanne was a proud charter member of West Bradenton Baptist Church where she was a beloved Sunday School teacher involved in youth activities for many years. With her husband Bud, she was a co-owner of Travel Plus, taking trips with clients all over the world. Upon their retirement Joanne and Bud spent ten peaceful years in a lake-side home in Hawthorne, Florida. In addition to her husband, Joanne is survived by her children, Rex Willis, Roxanne Kushmer, stepchildren, Linda Smith and Ross Seabrooke, eight grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. She was predeceased in death by her son, Joel Willis, sister, Lavonne Webb, and brothers, Hubert and Ira Stidham. She leaves a legacy as a Godly woman with compassion and devotion to her extended family and many friends.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held on November 11, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. West Bradenton Baptist Church, 1305 43rd St. W., Bradenton, FL 34209 followed by a gathering in the fellowship hall. In lieu of flowers, donations may be given to the church's building fund.
