John Francis DelSignore, born on August 2, 1943, in Boston, Massachusetts, passed away peacefully on November 29, 2024, in Bradenton, Florida at the age of 81. John was a devoted husband to Janet Hernandez DelSignore of Bradenton, Florida, and a cherished father to Donna Marie DelSignore of Gardner, Massachusetts, and Jason DelSignore, along with his wife Maureen, of Bradenton, Florida.
John is also survived by his brother, Donald Brown of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and two special friends who were like daughters, Debra Klempner of Gardner, Massachusetts and Diana Rigor of Lunenburg, Massachusetts.
He was predeceased by his parents Frances Scimone DelSignore and
Santo DelSignore of Randolph, Massachusetts, as well as his brothers, Harold Brown of Randolph, Massachusetts and Santo DelSignore of Naples, Florida.
John always had a head for numbers and worked as an accountant until his well-deserved retirement at age 62. John was passionate about film and the arts. He was an executive producer of many local short films, and he took great joy in playing Santa for the kids at Christmas. John was also an active member of several fraternal organizations, including the Loyal Order of Moose and the Sons and Daughters of Italy in Bradenton.
John's love and devotion to his family and friends will be deeply missed by all those who knew him. His fun, quirky, and offbeat sense of humor will continue to inspire those he leaves behind.
A memorial service to honor John will be held on January 18, 2025, at 3:00pm at Brown and Sons Chapel, located on 26th Street West in Bradenton, Florida.
For all those hearts he held so dear, family and friends are encouraged to gather and celebrate John's life.
