Joseph Peter "Joe" Murawski, a man of deep faith and boundless love, passed away peacefully with family by his side on June 10, 2025, at the age of 83. Joe's life was a testament to his unwavering Christian values, his dedication to family, and his passion for both his professional and personal pursuits.

Born on Pearl Harbor Day, December 7, 1941, Joe was a beacon of wisdom and kindness throughout his life. He was a devoted husband to his beloved wife, Jean Devine Murawski, and a loving father to his children, Kristen Cole and Eric Murawski. Joe also leaves behind his cherished brother Alex Murawski and sister Christine Dye. Numerous nieces and nephews also held a special place in his heart. He was predeceased by his parents Alex and Margaret.

Joe's academic journey led him to Marquette University, where he honed his skills and emerged as a talented engineer. His professional career was marked by a notable tenure at Texas Instruments, where his expertise and work ethic were highly respected. He proudly served as a Navy supply officer onboard the USS Lake Champlain home ported in Quonset, RI.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Joe was a man of many interests. He was the proud owner of the handyman company "Let Joe Do It," where his knack for fixing and improving allowed him to touch the lives of many within the Perico Bay community.

Joe was also an avid TR7 enthusiast, finding joy in the sleek lines and engineering of his favorite classic car. His dexterity extended to the skies as well, through his meticulous craft of model airplanes-a hobby that showcased his patience and attention to detail. If you couldn't find him in the garage or walking about the community, you could easily find him on the beach enjoying the ocean in his signature yellow baseball hat.

Joe's character was the epitome of a faith-filled, handy, and loving individual. He approached every challenge with a prayer and a tool in hand, confident in his ability to make things right in the world. His hands were rarely still, as he believed in the value of hard work and the importance of contributing to the betterment of those around him.

To know Joe was to know the embodiment of love in action. He lived his faith openly and inspired many to embrace kindness, generosity, and compassion. His legacy is one of unwavering commitment to his beliefs, his family, and his community.

As we bid farewell to Joe, we are comforted by the memories of his warm smile, his gentle guidance, and his enduring spirit. We take solace in knowing that he is now at peace in the eternal embrace of our Heavenly Father. Joe's memory will forever be a guiding light for all who knew him.

A mass in Joe's honor will be held at 10:00AM on Monday, June 23, 2025, at St. Bernard Catholic Church, 248 S Harbor Dr, Holmes Beach, FL 34217.
