Karol Kay English, 81, of Bradenton, Florida, passed away on November 17, 2022, she was born onNovember 12, 1941.
Karol peacefully passed away at home. Born in Wyandotte, MI to the late Guy and Beryl McGahey. Karol graduated from Allen Park High School in 1959. After graduating, Karol worked for Ford Motor Company in Detroit, MI. She moved to Bradenton, Florida in 1960. she married Dave English in 1961 and welcomed two children. Karol was employed by the Manatee County School Board and was the bookkeeper for Dave English Garage. She loved traveling with her family all over the country and volunteering.
Karol is predeceased by her parents, Guy and Beryl McGahey, her husband, Dave English and her son, Keith English. she is survived by her daughter, Kelly DeLosh; her grandchildren, Mike English, Dave (Johanna) English, Erika Taylor, Rob DeLosh, Jr., and Ashley DeLosh (Daniel); nine great-grandchildren, her brother, Doc (Kay) McGahey, several nieces and nephews. |
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 3rd at 1pm at Skyway Memorial Gardens, 5200 US HWY 19N, Palmetto. Arrangements have been entrusted to Skyway Memorial Funeral Home, Palmetto, FL.
