Keller Williams Realty has been named the top real estate franchise, according to a press release.
Entrepreneur magazine gave it the rating in its 31st Annual Franchise 500 list. The company was also voted the Most Recoignizable Brand of Real Estate Franchises for 2009 in an industry-wide survey.
Keller Williams on the Water announced recently that Nancy Deckard is the newest associate in its office.
She has 30 years of real estate experience.
