It is with our deepest sorrows and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Kevin Matthew Curtis, age 29, of Bradenton, Florida. Kevin passed away unexpectedly on December 17, 2024, leaving behind a family who loved him dearly and will forever miss him.

Kevin was born on June 26, 1995, in Newark, Delaware, to Donna and Jeffrey Curtis. Kevin graduated from Hodgson Vo-Tech High School and went on to study at Wilmington University, where he furthered his education and professional skills. He was a proud and dedicated electrician, whose work and craftsmanship were greatly admired by his peers and colleagues.

Kevin is survived by his beloved wife, Jessica Curtis, and their soon-to-be son, Beckham Matthew Curtis, whom he was eagerly awaiting to meet with great love and anticipation. Kevin's legacy will live on in his family, especially through Beckham, who will carry forward Kevin's love and strength.

He is also survived by his sisters, Alyson Curtis and Crystal Morgan. Crystal and her husband Kevin Morgan are expecting their own child, making Kevin a soon-to-be uncle, a role he was excited to embrace. He was deeply loved and cherished by his in-laws: mother-in-law, Jennifer Owens; father-in-law, Thomas Ambler; and brother-in-law, Joseph Ambler. Kevin's family was everything to him, and he treasured the time spent with them.

Kevin was known for his vibrant spirit, kind heart, and unwavering love for those around him. He was a devoted husband, and his love for Jessica and their soon-to-arrive son was a defining part of his life. Kevin also had a special bond with his two golden retrievers, Tuna and Lila, who brought him great comfort and joy.

Though Kevin's time on this earth was far too short, his presence touched the lives of many, and his memory will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved him. His infectious laugh, warmth, and caring nature will never be forgotten.
