BRADENTON -- At the Manatee County Land Use Meeting Thursday, Commissioners approved a General Development Plan for Trees Direct LLC on a 88.54 acre tract of land just east of I-75 at Mendoza Rd. and 60th Avenue East. Plans are to build 500 multi-family residences with 150,000 sq. ft. of commercial space. In other business, HC Properties LLC was approved for the project -- Shops at Harrison Ranch -- just north of U.S. 301 and Harrison Ranch Blvd. in Parrish.
