Local Government Manatee BOCC Land Use Meeting: June 7, 2012

BRADENTON -- At the BOCC Land Use Meeting, commissioners approved a Preliminary Site Plan for an 80-bed assisted living facility and also approved a General Development Plan for 1,282 residential units on 656 acres on the east side of Ft. Hamer Road, and on the south side of Golf Course Road in Parrish.
