BRADENTON -- It's a stacked week for local governments, as several head into their budget season. The Manatee County Commission will be busy all week with a regular meeting Tuesday, a land use meeting Thursday, and two budget workshops on Wednesday and Friday. The School Board will also workshop twice on Tuesday and Wednesday, and the week kicks off with the Palmetto City Commission meeting Monday night for the second week in a row.
