BRADENTON -- It's a slow week for local governments. The County Commission will have a regular meeting Tuesday and a Port Authority meeting on Thursday. On Monday, both the City of Palmetto and school board will be idle. The Bradenton City Council meets on Wednesday morning, with a workshop following the meeting.
