Manatee County Commission Agenda Results: 2/25/2014

BRADENTON -- A Tuesday's meeting, commissioners voted to approve phase 1 of the controversial Long Bar Pointe development, a portion that threatens a portion of the few remaining Mangroves in Sarasota Bay. Against the advice of every citizen who commented, commissioners supported the applicant. In other business, the board passed an ordinance restricting secondhand good dealers.
