Manatee County Fair Returns Jan. 11

PALMETTO — The Manatee County Fair returns on Thursday, Jan. 11, and runs through Sunday, Jan. 21, at the Manatee County Fairgrounds in Palmetto.

The rich history of the annual event dates back to the early 1900s and has served as a celebration of Manatee County culture ever since. The fair showcases local agricultural endeavors and includes a giant midway filled with rides, games, and food vendors.

This year's entertainment schedule includes the Tom Petty tribute band The Petty Hearts (January 18) and Nashville recording artists Rockland Road (January 19 and 20).

Daily Adult: $10 (13 & Up)
Daily Military: $6 (with Active Status I.D.)
Children: $6 (6-12)
Children: (5 & Under) Free
