Manatee County Government Offices Closed July 4

MANATEE COUNTY – Manatee County Government offices will be closed Friday, July 4 to observe Independence Day. Trash and recycling collections will be postponed one day from Friday to Saturday for residents in unincorporated Manatee.

Manatee County parks and beaches will be open to the public. Manatee County golf course will be open. G.T. Bray Recreation Center. G.T. Bray Skate Park and Blackstone Skate Park will be open normal hours, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Manatee County’s publicly owned natural preserves will remain open.

Manatee County’s public libraries will be closed on Friday, July 4 and will reopen Saturday, July 5.

Only the Trolley and Beach Express service will operate Friday, July 4. Fixed route, para-transit service and Longboat Key Trolley service will resume July 5.
