BRADENTON – Among the games this Friday: St. Stephen's Episcopal Falcons will travel to Seffner Christian after shutting out Bishop McLaughlin Catholic by 42 points last week. On the heels of a 23-7 stunner that featured a late-game comeback win by Ware County, the Manatee Hurricanes will play their home opener against Sanford's Seminole High. The Palmetto Tigers will host St. Pete's Lakewood Spartans after losing 46-44 to Venice in their first game.
