Attachment: Staff Report - Cargo Partner VI - Buckhead Trails - PDMU-14-15(P) - 07-10-14 PC.pdf -- Carlos Beruff and company, Cargor Partners VI, are seeking a recommendation of approval for a 203 + acre site, to build 535 detached single-family dwellings, east of I-75, on Buckeye Road.

Special approval was requested because the gross density of 2.62 and a net of 3.23 dwellings per acre exceed the 3.0 units per acre required, and because the project is adjacent to a perennial stream. Special approval was also required for the 5-7 inch caliper replacement tree requirement to be reduced to 3-5 inch caliper trees.

Staff recommended approval. Motion to recommend -- Approved, 6 -0, Bower absent
