Manatee County Road Closures For CSX Repairs November 8 through 15

MANATEE- Public Works has announced road closures in Manatee County for CSX repairs at railroad crossings for the week of November 8 through 15. Crossings from 39th St. E., North through the County Line will be repaired beginning Monday November 8th. Once the track is replaced contractors will be replacing the asphalt and upgrading the approaches.

The following roads will be closed: Railroad crossings in north county 39th St. E., 49th St. E., 61st St. E., 73rd St. E., Bishop Harbour Road.

CSX workers are replacing aging track and railroad ties along their entire route. For a map of the scheduled closings, click here.
