Manatee Planning Commission Agenda Results: 3/13/2014

BRADENTON -- At Thursday's Planning Commission meeting, members recommended approval and rezoning for 120 detached residential dwellings at Pope Road and 44th Avenue East, and recommended approval for an amended Development Order for a 1,362 unit site and 603,000 sq. ft. of commercial space at I-75 and State Road 70. In other business, commissioners struggled to find consensus for specific stipulations on a preliminary site plan for Parrot Cove Marina.
