BRADENTON -- At Thursday's Planning Commission meeting, commissioners recommended approval for a map amendment on a 32-acre site at 30th Avenue East and 27th Street East, a 64-acre development at 615 Upper Manatee River Road, and a development on a 41-acre site off Bayshore Drive on Center Road. In other business, members recommended approval for a revised preliminary site plan for a Race Trac gas station on U.S. 41 and Pearl Avenue.
