It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Marie Louise Sprameli (née Gartland), on August 4, 2024, age 58, of Bradenton, Florida. Marie fought a long 2+ year battle with lung cancer. Marie was born in Philadelphia, PA, on August 31, 1965, to Donald and Louise Gartland.
Marie was married to her loving husband and soulmate, John Russell Sprameli for 37 years. Marie was an incredibly loving wife, mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, daughter, aunt and friend. She loved Bingo, shopping and spending time with her family.
Marie was preceded in death by the passing of her parents, Donald and Louise Gartland and her daughter, Sarah Jean Sprameli. She is survived by her daughters, Theresa Louise Greaves (BJ) and Marie Louise Allsop (Ricky), and her son John Donald Sprameli (Jessica). She is also survived by her 13 beautiful grandchildren.
A Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday, August 10, 2024, at 2:00 pm in the Chapel at Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church, 2850 75th St. W., Bradenton FL 34209. Brown & Sons Funeral Homes & Crematory 43rd Street Chapel, 604 43rd Street West, Bradenton, FL 34209, is in charge of arrangements.
