Marjorie Lynn Mullins, affectionately known as Margie to her friends and family, passed away on April 17, 2025, in Bradenton, FL, after a courageous battle with cancer. Born on July 30, 1961, in Abington, PA, Margie's warmth and kindness touched everyone she met throughout her 63 years of life.
She was a devoted daughter to her mother, Judith Johnson, and her father, Lynn Wise, who, along with his wife Nancy, cherished every moment with their daughter. Margie's bond with her sister, Susan Angersoll, and her husband, Eric, was unbreakable, and together they created countless memories.
Margie's heart found its match in her husband, James Mullins, who predeceased her. Together, they built a life full of joy and raised two wonderful children. April blessed her with three grandchildren, Lindzy, Kayleen, and Jeremy, while Michael and his wife Elena gave her the joy of her granddaughter Kiana. Margie's role as a mother and grandmother was one she cherished deeply, and her love for her family was evident in every smile and embrace.
Margie's loving nature extended to her four-legged companion, Dixie, who was a source of comfort and joy in her life. Her kindness, friendliness, and loving spirit were the hallmarks of her character, leaving a lasting impression on all who knew her.
Professionally, Margie dedicated many years of service as a registrar for the Manatee County School Board. Her commitment to education and the well-being of the children in her community was evident in all she did.
Margie's legacy is one of love, kindness, and friendship. She lived her life with an open heart, always ready to lend a hand or share a smile. Her memory will be cherished and kept alive by the many lives she touched.
As we say goodbye to Margie, we celebrate the remarkable woman she was and the beautiful life she led. Her spirit will continue to inspire and guide us, and she will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who were fortunate enough to know her.
