Monday is Registration Deadline to Vote in August Primary

BRADENTON – New voters or new residents to Florida living in Manatee County must be registered to vote by Monday, July 28, in order to be eligible to participate in the August 26, 2014 Primary Election. This is also the deadline for voters wishing to change their party affiliation prior to the primary.

Residents who are unsure whether they are registered to vote can check here. Early voting for the Primary Election begins on Saturday, August 16 and closes Saturday, August 23. Election Day is Tuesday, August 26. All requests to vote by mail (AKA absentee ballot) must be turned in no later than 5 p.m. on Wednesday, August 20, 2014.
