Monte ""Buzz"" Taets, age 79, of Bradenton, passed away on Saturday, May 6, 2023.
Buzz was a Vietnam Veteran, Air Traffic Controller, and ATC instructor.
Preceded in death by his wife, Margaret Taets; parents, Claude and Muriel Wildman and brother Mark Wildman. He is survived by daughter, Monique Parks, and her husband John; grandson, Colton Parks and wife, Kelly; great-grandchildren Jensen, Avaleigh, Bennington and Remy all of Bella Vista, Arkansas; daughter, Michelle Broughton and her husband, Jerry and grandchildren, Jerry David and Carlee all of Edmond, Oklahoma.
Graveside Service will be held 2 PM, Thursday, May 18, 2023, at Sarasota National Cemetery, 9810 State Road 72, Sarasota, FL 34241. Brown & Sons Funeral Homes & Crematory 26th Street Chapel is in charge of the arrangements.
