Movers and Shakers: Arts & Eats Restaurant and Gallery Recognized by Gov. Scott

BRADENTON – Arts & Eats Restaurant and Gallery in the heart of Bradenton's Village of the Arts has been recognized by Governor Rick Scott as one of only 28 restaurants in the state of Florida to have no safety or sanitation violations within the past year.

In an excerpt from Scott's letter dated May 9th, 2014, he says: "I would like to congratulate the Arts and Eats for being one of only 28 food service establishments in the Sunshine State recognized during the most recent inspections conducted by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation for having no safety or sanitation violations within the past year. I applaud you and your employees for demonstrating such a high level of attention to detail and commitment to excellence."

In addition, Arts & Eats has distinguished itself by remaining #1 out of 395 Bradenton restaurants on Trip Advisor with 204 reviews (85% 5-star) and a solid 5 star rating. The restaurant has been in the #1 spot since February, 2013 when it was open only 5 months.  

Arts & Eats Restaurant and Gallery prides itself on bringing people together through amazing food by Chef Jim Copening, nightly music by local musicians, and service that has you enter as a guest and leave as a friend. The restaurant is located at 1114 12th St. West and is open Tuesday from 5-8pm, Wednesday and Thursday 12-8pm and Friday and Saturday from 12-9pm.
