Movers and Shakers: Bruce Williams Homes Celebrates 45th Anniversary

Posted
BRADENTON – Local builder, Bruce Williams Homes celebrates 45 years of home building this year.

In 1969, when Lloyd Williams started helping families build their dreams, he and his wife, Eileen, were just starting a family of their own. Even then, every Bruce Williams’ home reflected their concern for the homeowner.

Forty-five years later, the next generation continues in Lloyd’s legacy. His son, Britt, shares Lloyd’s attention to detail and unyielding commitment to clients.

“We are so proud of all the work we have done over the last 45 years,” said Britt Williams, President of Bruce Williams Homes. “I am honored to continue my Father’s legacy of integrity and care with each project. I am especially proud of our commitment to the community with our charitable contributions. We look forward to the next 45 years!”

BW Homes has built over 6,000 homes across 5 counties (Manatee, Sarasota, Pinellas, Charlotte and Hillsborough). Currently BW Homes has 11 employees and looks to expand in the future as new projects are soon to be announced.

Each year, BW Homes chooses one major charitable project for the community. They have worked with Foundations for Dreams, the Boy Scouts, Manatee Solve House, Bradenton Christian School and continues a strong relationship with Guardian Angels of SW Florida; for which they are about to build their 3rd home.

Their core values of integrity, performance, innovation and client advocacy are what make them one of the most sought after homebuilders in the area.
