Carole and Dieter Zoellner, founders of Dieter's Sod Service, Inc., based in Manatee Co., recently sold part of their ownership to the Bay Breeze Group, an agricultural company based in Hillsborough County. The Bay Breeze Group's umbrella includes Bay Breeze Farms, Inc., a producer of high quality sod (www.Celebrationturf.com), fruits and vegetables; Vigiron, producer of Iron Humate™ ironrich fertilizers (www.vigiron.com); and Envirolok of Florida, Florida distributor of Envirolok™ vegetated retaining wall systems for erosion control.

With over 30 years experience in the Green Industry, and with the breadth of new products and services available through the addition to ownership, Dieter is quoted as saying “the expansion into the landscape services market is a natural progression allowing us to offer all inclusive, one-stop shopping for our customers.”

Under the new name, Dieter's Sod & Landscaping, the company will continue to operate throughout Manatee, Sarasota and surrounding counties. Residential and commercial customers will have the opportunity to obtain all their landscape needs including grading, erosion control, hardscapes, irrigation, sod and plants from one source- Dieter's Sod & Landscaping.

Carole and Dieter are excited to begin 2013 with this new and exciting addition to their company’s resources. They would like to thank all their past, current and future customers for their business. Carole is quoted as saying, “the changes are God sent and we are all in this new journey together.” For more information on the company, please contact Dieter or Carole Zoellner at 941-745-2334, or visit www.dieterssod.com.
