Gabriele Vest, Vice President of Business Development, was named a board member of Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Sun Coast. Vest was also accepted into the Leadership Manatee Class of 2014-2015. Miranda Spinner, Public Relations & Media Manager, has been assigned to the public relations committee of Junior League of Sarasota, Inc. Rachel Radtke, PR & Social Media Associate, was appointed to the 2014/2015 gala organizing committee for the Lakewood Ranch Community Fund.

For more than 43 years, Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Sun Coast has made meaningful, monitored matches between adult volunteers (“Bigs”) and children (“Littles”), ages six through 18. These positive relationships have a direct and lasting effect on the lives of young people in helping them realize their potential and build their futures. As a member of the board of directors, Vest plays an active role in identifying solutions to grow the program and reach more youth in need.
A program of the Manatee Chamber of Commerce Foundation in partnership with Kiwanis Club of Bradenton, Leadership Manatee exposes business and community leaders to the opportunities and challenges facing Manatee County, while honing their leadership skills to make a significant difference in our community.
The Junior League of Sarasota, Inc. is an organization of women committed to promoting voluntarism, developing the potential of women, and improving the community through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers. As a member of the public relations committee, Spinner works to increase awareness of the organization and its efforts.
The Lakewood Ranch Community Fund was developed in 2000 to serve the people and interests of the Lakewood Ranch community, and allow donor-allocated funds to stay in our region, serving a variety of charitable interests. As a member of the gala organizing committee, Radtke plays an active role in coordinating the organization’s annual fundraising event.
