BRADENTON – Greene Hamrick Perrey Quinlan & Schermer, P.A. is pleased to announce that Philip E. Perrey, Esquire is now Of Counsel to the firm. Mr. Perrey continues his more than 38 year distinguished career providing excellent representation to clients as a board certified real estate lawyer advising

clients in a variety of areas including real estate law, business and entity formations, business sales, condemnation, landlord/tenant matters and local government law. Mr. Perrey has served as a shareholder of the firm since the firm was founded in 1996.

The firm will continue the practice of law under the new firm name of Greene Hamrick Quinlan Schermer & Esposito, P.A. The firm’s new name acknowledges Janelle L. Esposito, Esquire, who joined the firm as an associate in 2007 and became a shareholder in 2010. Mrs. Esposito has over 10 years of experience and is admitted to practice law in Illinois, Missouri, Kansas and Florida. Mrs. Esposito has provided representation to clients in the areas of business and commercial law, banking, creditor’s rights in bankruptcy, real estate law, landlord/tenant disputes, trust/estate litigation and commercial foreclosures.
