Jennette Properties, Inc. is pleased to announce that Commercial Broker-Associate, Tonya M. Merrill, has joined the company to head the new Commercial Management & Leasing Division at the Whitfield Avenue location.

Tonya Merrill has a proven record of accomplishments in business and expertise in Commercial Property Management and Leasing. “Jennette Properties established performance for excellence in Residential Management and Leasing makes expanding into the Commercial arena a natural,” stated Merrill.

Armed with a Master’s Degree in Administration, Merrill’s background encompasses many facets of Commercial Property Management including managing 1.3 Million Square Feet of Retail Space. Richard Jennette is confident in her ability to lead his Commercial Management and Leasing Division. “Our intent is to lease and manage commercial properties for those in need of excellent property management,” said Founder & President, Richard Jennette. 

As a Commercial Broker-Associate, Tonya will handle all the Commercial Property Management, Leasing and Marketing for Jennette’s Commercial Division. She will help ensure public safety and security, direct the day-to-day operations, administer leases, prepare vendor contracts, maximize income, minimize expenses, enhance property value and improve the overall bottom line.
