LAKEWOOD RANCH – Lee Wetherington Homes has hired experienced building superintendent, Jan Carl Hansen, to assist with home building projects in Sarasota and Manatee counties.

Jan Hansen moved from Tampa 12 years ago with no intention of staying but quickly fell in love with the area, calling it “paradise”. Hansen brings 20 years of experience as a superintendent and has worked for other construction and homebuilding companies. Hansen enjoys many parts of the process, including, “the trust that homeowners place in you to help build their dreams. It’s a great experience seeing the process from beginning to end, and then you get to hand them the keys to a great home,” he said.
