Movers and Shakers: Real Estate Advisor Gail Bowden Named as a Top 5 Producer by Sperry Van Ness Florida

SARASOTA – Sperry Van Ness Florida names Gail Bowden, an advisor serving Sarasota and the surrounding area, as a Top 5 producer for 2013. Bowden earned the No. 5 spot based on her overall transaction performance. Bowden recorded $10M-plus deals and numerous transactions in the $3-4M range.

Bowden also earned a spot on Sperry Van Ness International’s annual ranking. She came in at No. 27 on this prestigious list that encompasses more than 900 advisors in 180 markets throughout the nation.

Bowden is known by her peers as “The Ten Million Dollar Woman,” a title she earned for her talent in successfully managing multiple $10M commercial real estate transactions. Among her many accolades, Bowden earned Advisor of the Year, Top Producer and Top Sales Transaction recognitions for 2013 by Sperry Van Ness Florida’s Sarasota office, which does business as Sperry Van Ness Commercial Advisory Group. She also was named as the office’s Advisor of the Year and Top Producer in 2012.

Since moving to Sarasota more than 13 years ago, Bowden has become an active member of the community and has established herself as an expert in commercial real estate sales and investment. She is a volunteer and contributor to Habitat for Humanity and Safe Place and Rape Crisis Center. She also supports global humanitarian efforts in Bolivia and Nicaragua. Originally from Vernal, Utah, Bowden earned a bachelor’s in business administration from the University of Utah.
