Movers and Shakers: Rennie Evans and Billy Evans Join Coastline West Realty of Florida's Bradenton Office

BRADENTON – Rennie Evans has joined Coastline West Realty of Florida's Bradenton office as a Licensed Realtor. Evans hails from LaCrosse, WI, and lived many years in Los Angeles, CA. While in LA, she was involved in the designing and leasing of large-scale rental complexes. Evans has also remodeled and decorated numerous homes in California, Florida, and also an historic townhouse in Washington, DC.  

In recent years, she has professionally staged many homes as they have gone on the market for sale. Her personal, fully-renovated Bradenton residence was recently featured in the prestigious Entre Nous Tour of Homes. Evans brings to the table an eye for detail, knowledge of construction, a natural bend to customer service, and much enthusiasm. In her off time, she can be found enjoying her Pekingese pup, Gizmo​.

Billy Evans has also joined Coastline West Realty of Florida's Bradenton office as a Licensed Realtor. Evans is a native of Macon, GA, moving to Bradenton in 2001. He is an active, 50-year member of the Georgia Bar, and was admitted to the U.S. Supreme Court in 1968.

Evans was a member of the Georgia State Legislature from 1969-1976, and also of the U.S. Congress from 1977-1983. He worked as a lobbyist in Washington, D.C. from 1983-2008, and is Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Dunn-Edwards Paint Manufacturing Corporation. Evans's hobbies include golf and fishing.
