New tennis magazine debuts in area

A new bi-monthly tennis magazine has started up in the area.

Bob Luxembourg, winner of 14 National USPTA senior singles and doubles championships, and currently tournament promoter of the $12,000 Gettel Nissan Tennis Series, has joined with his son Erik Luxembourg to publish Totally Tennis, a magazine promoting tennis in Sarasota, Bradenton, Venice, University Park and Englewood.

Erik Luxembourg is the former Florida State 25-and-over singles champion and is a sales executive for Ben Brown Insurance Co.

Kathy Whyte, the editor and graphic designer, has 30 years' experience in the printing and graphics industry.
