Norma Jeane Fowler was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and friend whose life was defined by her devotion to family and the simple joys that brought her comfort and happiness.
Norma Jeane was born to Virgie Hindman and Allen Hindman, who preceded her in death. She was one of 7 siblings-Maralene Hindman, Rick Hindman, Quentin Hindman, Judy Hill, and Charlie Hindman and is survived by her beloved sister, Zelma (Jo) Arnold.
Norma Jeane was a devoted mother to her four children: Terri Johnson, Denise Kemker, Robert (Chris) Fowler, and Robin Fowler. Her children were the pride of her life, and her love for them was constant and unwavering.
She was an especially proud grandmother and deeply treasured the time she spent with her grandchildren: Whitney Johnson, Skyler Johnson, Josiah Johnson, Chelsea Johnson, Nicholas Kemker, Elizabeth Kemker, Chance Fowler, and Caden Fowler. Visiting her grandchildren brought her great joy and was one of the most meaningful parts of her life.
Norma Jeane loved living in Florida, where she enjoyed the warmth and surroundings. She also found peace and enjoyment in reading books, often spending quiet hours immersed in a good story. She was known among family for knowing exactly what she liked—and what she did not—including her firm dislike of playing bingo.
Above all, Norma Jeane will be remembered for her deep love of family, her gentle spirit, and the enduring connections she formed with those closest to her. Her memory will continue to live on through her children, grandchildren, sister, and extended family.
