5  23rd STREET REALIGNMENT UPDATE BASEBALL FIELD UPDATE 6 ASR WELL UPDATE --  City Clerk, Jim Freeman, The county needs to get behind this, it's not just our problem.

7  DEPARTMENT HEADS COMMENTS -- Police Chief Wells, said they are doing everything possible to resolve the investigation on the recent shooting, adding " Please commissioners, any questions, call me right away, we want to get this right, don't hesitate."

  Commissioner Mary Lancaster announced her retirement by reading her very touching resignation to the Mayor and fellow commissioners.

8 MAYOR S REPORT - Mayor Shirley Grover Bryant said with a heavy heart she would dearly miss Commissioner Mary Lancaster who announced her retirement.

9 COMMISSIONERS COMMENTS - Commissioner Tambra Varnadore, announced there was much success at the Sutton Park's, Walk for Life. 1,100 participants raised $2,500.
