Pamela Ann (Wadsworth) Nebel, 76, of Bradenton, Florida since 2012, passed away on Monday, August 26, 2024.
Pam was born on January 30, 1948, in Angola, Indiana, the daughter of the late Richard and Jacquelyn Wadsworth. She grew up in Des Plaines, Illinois where she attended Maine West High School. After high school, Pam met and married the love of her life, Richard A. Nebel, in 1968. They moved to Elgin, Illinois, and had two children whom she loved dearly. She worked for many years as a secretary for Elgin's Public Works. They have five grandsons who she adored and cherished. She loved spending time with them and watching them grow. After their retirement, they moved to Bradenton, Florida. She was active in her community's events and made many friends.
She is survived by her children, Scott (Treva) Nebel, and Susan (Roy) Harris; grandchildren Evan, Ryan, Nathan, Nicholas, and Tyler; siblings Susan (Dan) Gresik; and a niece and nephews.
Pam was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Nebel, and her parents.
A Celebration of Life will take place in Bradenton, Florida, and West Dundee, Illinois at later dates this year.
