Patricia Marie Jamison Jones, age 88, of Bradenton, Florida, slipped away peacefully to be with her Lord Jesus on Sunday, October 2, 2022, at 7:55 am.
She was born to Joseph and Marie Jamison on July 23, 1934. She was married in Hutchinson Kansas to Garner Ray Cox (deceased) of Union City Indiana. They had four children, 3 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, and 4 great, great-grandchildren. Daughters, Kathy Colson and Karen Cox reside in Bradenton FL, Cindy Manikas (Art) in Lantana FL, Son, Dennis Cox (Cindy) in Frenchcamp, MS.
Later Pat married Robert Jones (deceased). They resided in Bradenton where she has lived for the last 49 years. After retiring from the Bradenton Agriculture and Experiment Station, her and "Bob" (Robert) traveled often to see family and friends. She loved her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, serving and encouraging the body of believers.
A Memorial Service will be held in her honor at Palmetto First Baptist Church, 1020 4th St. W at 1:00 pm on Saturday, October 8, 2022. Brown & Sons Funeral Homes & Crematory2 6th Street Chapel, 5624 26th Street West Bradenton, FL 34207 is in charge of the arrangements.
