Paws and Claws for a Good Cause

Posted

BRADENTON – Manatee County First Bank branches are holding a pet photo contest. In partnership with the Humane Society of Manatee County, First Bank is holding its Paws and Claws contest from May 1-17 at its eight branches in Manatee County.

“First Bank employees are always involved in the community and this is a fun way to create some excitement and benefit an amazing organization in our community,” said Anne Lee, Retail Banking President. “We encourage pet owners to bring in photos of their pets for a chance to win bragging rights as the winners in each category as well as prizes for your pet.”

Pet owners who bring their pictures into a participating First Bank branch will have those images displayed in the lobby. Customers and others in the community will have the opportunity to vote on the best photos in several different categories. Photos of the celebrity pet winners and their owners will be taken at the end of the contest.

Donations to the Humane Society of Manatee County are welcomed by not required to win. Stop by a Manatee County First Bank branch to submit your photos or get more information.
