The Musgrave land purchase was a great deal for the County for it's intended purposes. That has fallen by the wayside. The lack of vision and the hate for former commissioners is unacceptable in making it surplus to sell off. Broken promises to the Sheriff, Utilities, and other county departments that could of use part of the 160 acres is a slap in the face to all of them. Once again the BOCC does not listen, does not care about listening to the public or other elected officials like the sheriff his need for space in that area. At the very least they could break it up to smaller lots of say 40 acres each. Fill the needs of our expanding county agencies at what now is a bargain price per acre. This is by far the worst BOCC I have seen in over 40 years. What you allow .. will continue.
