SARASOTA--Bill Cosby got his television break on Jack Paar's Tonight Show in the early 1960's. When Johnny Carson took the reigns in 1962, Cosby was not only a frequent guest, but also guest-hosted numerous times. He continues to be a favorite guest of Jay Leno and David Letterman after nearly 50 years in show business.
In part two of the Bradenton Times conversation with the legendary comedian and actor as aired on WSLR radio earlier this week, Bill Cosby talks about his most recent appearance with Leno on the Tonight Show when he decided to join the band and have some fun.
Bill Cosby will be appearing January 16th at Van Wezel Hall for two shows 3:00 and 7:00 p.m.
