Bradenton, Florida - Raymond M. Normann of Bradenton, Florida passed away peacefully on August 30, 2025, at Tidewell Hospice in Bradenton. He was born on July 4, 1932, in Chicago, Illinois. Ray was preceded in death by his wife of 21 years, Katheryn Sims-Normann.
He had four sons, Robert, Richard, Ronald and Steven, granddaughters Jami (Hufnagle), Kacy and Wilhelmina and great grandsons Kayden and Ryder. Ray graduated from University of Illinois and Loyola University Chicago. He spent his entire career in the insurance business, was a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and served as an officer in the CPCU Society. He loved teaching others.
At Ray's request, no public service will be held. Burial will be at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Forest Park, Illinois. Condolences may be expressed at www.brownandsonsfuneral.com.
