Renee Elaine McClintock, 72, of Bradenton, Florida, passed away peacefully at home on April 25, 2026.

Born in Lima, Ohio, Renee moved to Florida in her late 20s, where she built a life centered around family, compassion, and service to others. She had an extraordinary love for children, opening her heart and home to 47 foster children over the years. She also owned and operated a daycare for several years, nurturing and caring for many in her community.

Renee was deeply involved in the Heather Hills community and was known for her generosity and willingness to help anyone in need. Whether serving on the board or driving neighbors to doctor’s appointments, the grocery store, or the airport, she gave her time selflessly and with a caring spirit.

She is survived by her devoted husband, Roger; her children, Weston (Patti), Kara (Edrick), and Britton (Angela); her brothers, Ron (Tina) and Rory Moots; her sister-in-law, Vicky Moots; her grandchildren, A.J. (Mariah), Victoria (David), Tristin (Kali), Lyndsie, Alexis, Britton II (Kailee), Kadin, Blake, Lillyana, and Beckham; and her great-grandchildren, Isabella and Brixton.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Joe and Bonnie Moots, and her brother, Russ Moots.

A memorial service will be held at the Heather Hills Clubhouse, 4925 3rd Street, Bradenton, FL 34207on Sunday, May 3, 2026, at 4:00 p.m.

Renee’s kindness, strength, and unwavering love for others will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
