Richard "Dick" Krempasky, age 83, of Bradenton, Fl,. died peacefully in his sleep Thursday, September 22, 2022.
He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth "Betty“ Lou Krempasky and his children, Linda Sue Robey, Michael Benjamin LaRiviere, David Wayne LaRiviere and Richard Allen LaRiviere (deceased).
Dick was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on May 4, 1939, to parents, Joseph and Nicklene Krempask. He is survived by two brothers, Joseph Krempasky of Colorado Springs, CO. and Martin Krempasky of Philadelphia, PA.
He joined the Marine Corps out of high school and went on to retire from The Federal government. He was a retired member of the American Legion Honor Guard and the VFW Honor Guard. He was deeply committed to honoring service members and was well known in the community for his devoted service. Dick was a model builder, and his creations are incredible. Those who knew Dick well, have seen his model room and the tall ships he built from scratch. His understated talent will be missed.
A Memorial Gathering will be held at Brown & Sons Funeral Homes & Crematory 43rd Street Chapel, 604 43rd Street West Bradenton, FL 34209. on Wednesday, October 5, 2022, from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M.
