Robert ''B.C." Clark devoted husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and friend to all, peacefully passed away January 12, 2024. B.C. was born December 30, 1940, to Corrine Clark in Newark, New Jersey.
He met his wife in 1960 and quickly fell in love. By 1965, they had 3 children, Michael, Patricia & Robert Jr.
B.C. was known throughout his life as a Master Mechanic. So highly regarded that he was pursued by Potamkin Cadillac, the largest dealership in America, to head their new Service Department in New York City.
He moved to Sarasota in 2000 and became active in his new community and loved by his neighbors in Whitfield Gardens. There he was affectionately known as the ''watchdog''.
B.C. took great pride in his love for Harleys, Cadillacs & Elvis.
He was predeceased by his wife of 53 years, Betty, son, Michael, and daughter, Pat. He is survived by family including, son, Robert Jr.; cousin, Maureen O'Hara; brother, John Morgan; grandchildren, Michael Jr., and Erika (Clark) Loizin, and great grandchild, Zachary Michael Loizin.
A Catholic Mass is being held on Thursday, January 25, 2024 at 10 am at Our Lady Queen of Martyrs Church, 833 Magellan Dr, Sarasota, FL 34243.
