Ronald "Ron" Mazurek, 68, of Bradenton, Florida, passed peacefully on December 13, 2025.

Born on August 6, 1957, in Trenton, New Jersey, Ron was the son of Lois Mazurek and the late Carl Mazurek. He grew up in Bordentown, NJ, where he built the foundation of the values that guided him throughout his life.

Ron enjoyed a successful career as an executive chef, a role that reflected both his dedication and exceptional work ethic. He earned his culinary degree from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, an accomplishment that marked the beginning of a lifelong passion for his craft. He was known for his unwavering selflessness, remarkable patience, humbleness, and a sense of humor that brought light and laughter to those around him. Ron embodied a calm, peaceful presence that drew people to him and left a lasting impression on all who knew him.

A devoted sports fan, Ron loved football and baseball and was famously the person you wanted on your trivia team. Above all else, what mattered most to him was his family. He took great pride in being an involved, loving father and husband, and his family was always at the center of his world.

Ron was preceded in death by his father, Carl Mazurek. He is survived by his beloved wife, Lisa Mazurek; his daughter, Carlie (Forrest) Wilson; his mother, Lois Mazurek; his siblings, Debra (Pat) Neylan, Steve (Patti) Mazurek, Dean (Robin) Mazurek, and Chuck (Kelly) Mazurek; as well as several nieces and nephews.

A celebration of Ron's life will be held at a later date. Details will be shared when available.

He will be remembered always and missed beyond words.
